To create systemic change, we advocate for a new policy framework that recognizes and incentivizes sustainable companies in Switzerland. Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.

By 2023, we recover all plastic, paper and food waste from our services to our customers for reuse or recycling, compared with 30 % in 2022*.
* Single-use waste from our in-house services are cups, stirrers, individual creams etc.

By 2025, 100 % of our coffees are certified as socially sustainable according to amfori BSCI, and environmentally sustainable according to the Rainforest Alliance, compared to 10 % in 2022.

By 2025, we implement an integration policy for workers with disabilities or work-related difficulties, representing more than 10 % of our total workforce, compared to 0 % in 2022*.
* In collaboration with the Fondation Pro. This concerns people who are beneficiaries of the Disability Insurance.

Scope of Pledges:
Bean2me SA operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework apply to the sustainability policy for all activities of Bean2me SA in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its field of activity.
