To create systemic change, we advocate for a new policy framework that recognizes and incentivizes sustainable companies in Switzerland. Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.

Core business
By 2025, 100% of our mandates to select suppliers or responsible IT solutions include a proposal for the implementation of sustainability criteria, developed in a collaborative approach with our customers*.
* Sustainability criteria based on the charter of the Institut du Numérique Responsable. If necessary, we redirect our customers to a trusted specialist partner who can help them define the sustainability criteria.

Internal operations
By 2025, we help ensure the employability and career development of all our employees, offering them professional training leading to certification at least every 2 years.

Collective Action
By 2024, we donate 1% of our annual profit from consulting activities to local initiatives or charities working to reduce inequality.
Scope of pledges
Luceed SA operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy applying to all operations of Luceed SA carried out in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its scope of activity.
