To create systemic change, we advocate for a new policy framework that recognizes and incentivizes sustainable companies in Switzerland. Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.

Core business
By 2030, we reduce the carbon footprint of our menus by 30 %, compared with a 2019 baseline*.

By 2030, we reduce our customers' avoidable food waste by less than 10 % of the production volume (meaning less than 50 g per plate)*.

By 2030, we reduce our tCO2eq emissions by 42 % (Scope 1 & 2) compared with our 2022 baseline, according to our validated Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) target, and measure and reduce Scope 3 emissions.

* Ongoing ambition: By 2023, we have converted two more vehicles to zero greenhouse gas emission vehicles (3 out of 11 vehicles in 2023, or 33 %).

Scope of pledges
Menu and More AG operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework apply to the sustainability policy for all activities of Menu and More AG in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its field of activity.
