To create systemic change, we advocate for a new policy framework that recognizes and incentivizes sustainable companies in Switzerland. Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.

* The process involves all employees. Board of Directors and shareholders proposing to each employee the principles, conditions and process for access to the company's share capital and decision-making bodies. The same bodies respect the decision of those who do not wish to become shareholders in the company.

By 2025, our 15 main suppliers, representing 70 % of our annual purchasing volume, meet our socially and environmentally responsible procurement objectives, compared to none in 2022*.

Internal operations
B+G & Partners SA operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy applying to all B+G & Partners SA operations carried out in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its scope of activity.
