Sign our Manifesto for the recognition of Sustainable Enterprises!

To create systemic change, we advocate for a new policy framework that recognizes and incentivizes sustainable companies in Switzerland. Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.

By financial year 2025, we triple our revenues coming from projects related to ESG, compared to 2022.*
* ESG-related projects coming from e.g. Developing ESG Strategies, Decarbonization Pathways, ESG Technology for Reporting, ESG Risk & Compliance with ESG regulation, Cultural Transformation, etc.

By financial year 2025, we reduce our tCO2eq emissions by 40 % (Scopes 1, 2 & 3) compared with 2019, in line with the EY Global Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)-validated 1.5°C degree pathway*.
* Also reducing business travel-related tCO2eq emissions by 35 % in the same timeframe.
Internal operations
Goal 3
By financial year 2025, 75 % of our main Swiss suppliers by spend engage in the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), compared to 21 % in 2022.
Supply chain
Goal 4
By financial year 2025, we ensure a better gender balance with a minimum of 30 % women on our governance bodies, compared to 25 % in 2021*.

Internal operations

In Switzerland, the company is represented by Ernst & Young AG. The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy of Ernst & Young AG. The latter is therefore accountable for their implementation within its scope of activity. Where these commitments directly reinforce the Group's sustainability strategy, a special mention is added in the wording.
