Sign our Manifesto for the recognition of Sustainable Enterprises!

To create systemic change, we advocate for a new policy framework that recognizes and incentivizes sustainable companies in Switzerland. Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.

Goal 1
By 2028, we ensure that 90 % of the components and materials in our annual production meet stringent social and environmental criteria, with rank 2 traceability of our suppliers, compared with 2021*.
* 100 % of our precious metals such as gold, diamonds and coloured stones meet these criteria. Already certified as Responsible Jewellery Council 2021-23 and Ecovadis Gold 2021-22.

Goal 2
By 2030, 100 % of our material and component suppliers comply with the requirements of our Supplier Code of Conduct, in line with Sedex and BSCI standards verified by means of a questionnaire and an on-site visit audit every three years.

Goal 3
By 2028, we reduce our tCO2eq emissions by 25 % (Scopes 1, 2 & 3) compared with 2021, and commit to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)*.
* Baseline: 602 tCO2eq for 65,617 pieces in 2021.


Internal operations
Goal 4
By 2027, we provide 100 % of our employees with a workstation adapted to their individual morphology in order to increase their well-being and health in the workplace, and we obtain the Friendly Work Space certification*.
* According to the SECO analysis recommended in Ordinance 3 of the Labour Law, with annual personal advice for all our employees in the craft, industrial production and administrative sectors.

Goal 5
By 2024, 100 % of our employees are trained in sustainability according to the Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, reaching a total of 5 days of training per employee per year*.
* Training integrated into the general employee training from 2023 onwards and complementing our various instructions already in place in the field of health, safety and human resources.

Fraporlux Swiss SA operates in Switzerland. The company is represented by Fraporlux Swiss SA. The pledges taken within the STI framework apply to the sustainability policy for all activities of Fraporlux Swiss SA in Switzerland and in supplier countries. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its field of activity.
