To create systemic change, we advocate for a new policy framework that recognizes and incentivizes sustainable companies in Switzerland. Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.

By 2027, all our employees benefit from an ergonomic approach that reduces ergonomic stress by 10 % per year, compared with 2023*.
* Ergonomic hardship assessed by an external expert organisation, monitored in particular using the Quick Exposure Check (QEC) and based on the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ).

By 2024, we reduce our drinking water consumption by 90 % in volume, compared with 2021*.
* Representing around 2 % of our total tCO2eq emissions, on a total of 9,000 m3 of water per year. Continuously pursuing the trajectory of reducing natural resources.

The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy applying to all Générale Ressorts SA operations carried out worldwide. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its scope of activity.
