Founded in 1953, Multicuirs manufactures luxury watch straps and small leather goods. The fruit of a constant quest for progress and innovation, the products made in their workshops combine know-how and tradition with the modernity of a constantly renewed machine park. Multicuirs has been a partner to the most renowned watchmakers for over 60 years.

Goal 1

By 2026, 95 % of our entire product range is made from leather materials sourced from socially and environmentally certified farms and/or tanners, compared with 77 % in 2021*. 


* Tanners and hides are certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG), farms are certified by the International Crocodilian Farmers Association (ICFA). Percentage calculated in m2. The remaining 5 % represents innovative materials, or start-ups that have not yet had the opportunity to be audited, and therefore do not have a major environmental impact.

By 2028, we reduce our tCO2eq emissions by 25 % per unit of sales (Scopes 1, 2 & 3), compared with no reduction in 2019, and by 2024, we commit to the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi)*. 


* Multicuirs, Relprod, Kolang scope. Our scope 3 is limited to the following: Transport of goods upstream; Waste generated by the company; Business travel; Customer and visitor travel; Transport of goods downstream; Home-work travel. GHG emissions, expressed in tCO2eq.

Internal operations

By 2026, 100 % of our main suppliers of manufactured products comply with our sustainable sourcing principles and are Sedex members*. 


* SMETA audit in accordance with Sedex with corrective action plan (regular visits by members of management, charter with highly demanding social and environmental criteria). We also support subcontractors with non-critical non-conformities on the basis of action plans and regular monitoring. Our main suppliers together account for 80 % of our subcontracted production.

Supply chain

Multicuirs SA operates in Switzerland with partners in Portugal and Thailand. The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy applying to all Multicuirs SA operations carried out in Switzerland, Portugal and Thailand. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its scope of activity.
