Sign our Manifesto for the recognition of Sustainable Enterprises!
To create systemic change, we advocate for a new policy framework that recognizes and incentivizes sustainable companies in Switzerland. Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.

Type of Pledge
Goal 1
By 2028, we source 20 t of gold from Artisanal and small-scale mining (ASM) sources, compared with 3.5 t imported in 2022 and reported to the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA)*.
* ASM sources are mercury-free, making an important contribution to the Minamata agreements.

Core business
Goal 2
By 2027, we reduce the carbon impact of our plant by 60 % (Scopes 1 & 2) compared with no reduction in 2020, and by 2024, we commit to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)*.
* By 2024, we contribute to a harmonization effort with other Swiss refiners for the calculation of Scope 3 related to the supply of precious metals.

Internal operations
Goal 3
By 2025, we set up a foundation under Swiss law and redistribute 80 % of the premiums paid to community projects benefiting our precious metal supply sources*.
* By community projects, we mean those that promote well-being, climate protection and biodiversity in our sourcing regions. Premiums paid by our customers through the Foundation for the purchase of certified precious metals from mercury-free artisanal sources or recycled gold sources of traceable origin.

Collective Action
Goal 4
By 2024, we maintain the HR Bench satisfaction index above 3, compared with 2.7 in 2022*.
* The HR Bench scale assesses an environment conducive to employees' professional and personal development. A satisfaction index above 3 on the HR Bench scale exceeds the national average for companies operating in the same field of activity (1: very dissatisfied, 2: rather dissatisfied, 3: rather satisfied, 4: very satisfied).
