To create systemic change, we advocate for a new policy framework that recognizes and incentivizes sustainable companies in Switzerland. Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.

By 2025, we increase the number of young graduates and senior profiles by 30 % and guarantee 30 % of profiles that have experienced inequalities in career opportunities and training, or related to gender, religion or origin*.

By 2025, we offset 90 % of our digital activity and promote the hosting of our data and digital presence on responsible and independent sites such as Infomaniak, and ensure that 80 % of our main suppliers (in the digital sector) are B Corp certified.

By 2025, we donate 1 % of our annual turnover to organisations involved in education and child protection, environmental protection and preservation*.
* Annual payment increased by 50 % compared to 2021. Selection of organisations according to impact-oriented criteria and in line with the SDGs.

The pledges taken within the STI framework apply to the sustainability policy for all operations of Ampersand World SA in Switzerland, Europe and Africa. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its field of activity.
