Sign our Manifesto for the recognition of Sustainable Enterprises!
To create systemic change, we advocate for a new policy framework that recognizes and incentivizes sustainable companies in Switzerland. Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.

Goal 1
Core business
By 2024, we ensure a solidarity rounding system for each financial transaction, with the equivalent amount paid by b-Sharpe one quarter per year, in order to support a local climate protection NGO*.
* Action carried out with 35k customers, i.e. 5k monthly transactions carried out by our customers.

By 2023, we achieve equal pay for all employees in equivalent positions*.

By 2024, 100 % of our employees attend at least one professional training course per year to ensure their employability and career development*.
* Carried out yearly by third-party assessment. Minimum one full day of certification training per year for each employee.

By 2024, we are carbon neutral (Scopes 1 & 2) and commit to the SME Climate Commitment initiative*.
* In line with the UN Race to Zero campaign, see SME Climate Hub. With the aim of being carbon neutral, covering Scope 3 as well, by 2028.

b-Sharpe SA operates in Switzerland and abroad. The pledges taken within the STI framework apply to the sustainability policy for all activities of b-Sharpe SA in Switzerland and abroad. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its field of activity.
