Sign our Manifesto for the recognition of Sustainable Enterprises!

To create systemic change, we advocate for a new policy framework that recognizes and incentivizes sustainable companies in Switzerland. Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.

Goal 1
Core business
By 2025, we increase the circularity of materials and resources (site waste, energy, water) on all sites by 20 % compared to 2022, through collaboration with all site management stakeholders (contractual and technical components)*.
* i.e. 20 % reduction in waste generated, 20 % reduction in energy use from non-renewable sources and 20 % reduction in drinking water use within the scope of the company, representing 70 % of the annual turnover of our global activities.

Internal operations
By 2025, we increase the job satisfaction rate of all our employees to more than 80 % compared to 2022, by achieving Great Place to Work® certification or equivalent*.
* National certification based on the well-being of employees through an anonymous annual satisfaction survey.

By 2024, we ensure a 100 % discrimination-free workplace as defined in our non-discrimination corporate policy*.
* This means no discrimination on the basis of gender, nationality, ethnicity, race, social or civil status, religion or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws or regardless of the requirements of the job, as defined by our company policy.

By 2025, our main suppliers, representing 50 % of our total purchases, meet our responsible purchasing criteria, and all sign our Supplier Relationship Charter, compared to 2022*.
* By 2027, we aim for 70 %. Annual audit in the form of a sustainability self-assessment questionnaire. To the Supplier Relationship Charter.

Internal operations
By 2030, we are carbon neutral (Scopes 1 & 2), and by 2026, we set a tCO2eq target validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) covering Scope 3.
