Sign our Manifesto for the recognition of Sustainable Enterprises!

To create systemic change, we advocate for a new policy framework that recognizes and incentivizes sustainable companies in Switzerland. Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.

We serve over 1,000 medium-sized and large Swiss companies in the service, trade and industry sectors. Founded in 1915, today managed by the 4th generation, with over 300 employees. Core business
By 2023, we transparently disclose the ESG rating of our main suppliers, i.e. insurers, collective foundations and health insurances, to our clients, to lead an ESG dialogue with our suppliers and customers.

Internal operations
By 2024, we raise awareness of decent work for all and the relevance of Workplace Health Management among 80 % of our 250 major clients, of which the largest employers in Switzerland, by conducting over 800 visits to our clients and prospects*.

Internal operations
By 2023, we reduce the absenteeism rate to 2 % and promote decent work for all by strengthening mental and physical health and well-being and motivation of all our employees*.

By 2030, we reduce our tCO2eq emissions by 50 % (Scopes 1 & 2) compared to 2019, aiming at being Net Zero*.

Kessler & Co AG operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework apply to the sustainability policy for the company's activities. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within its scope of activity.
