To create systemic change, we advocate for a new policy framework that recognizes and incentivizes sustainable companies in Switzerland. Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.
Menu and More AG
Menu and More AG, a company of the Eldora Group, is a renowned and multi-certified catering provider with 58 employees, which specialises in the preparation and distribution of healthy and child-friendly menus for school and kindergarten lunches. Menu and More supplies everything for lunch, from preparation and packaging to refrigeration, from a single source and in a greenhouse gas-neutral manner.

By 2030, we reduce the carbon footprint of our menu by 30 %, compared with a 2019 baseline.

By 2030, we reduce our customers' avoidable food waste by less than 10 % of the production volume (meaning less than 50 g per plate)*.
* Aligned with the sustainable nutrition strategy of the city of Zurich and its related food waste reduction plan.

By 2030, we reduce our tCO2eq emissions by 42 % (Scope 1 & 2) compared to the 2022 baseline, according to our validated Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) target, and measure and reduce Scope 3 emissions.

* Ongoing ambition: By 2023, we have converted two more vehicles to zero greenhouse gas emission vehicles (3 out of 11 vehicles in 2023 = 33 %).

Scope of Pledges:
Menu and More AG operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework apply to the sustainability policy for all activities of Menu and More AG in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its field of activity.
