By 2030, we source 80 % of our raw materials according to our sustainable agricultural principles*. 


* Our sustainable agricultural practices refer to a set of requirements in 4 pillars: Biodiversity measures, soil health, renewable energy and additional measures on farm and field.

By 2025, we ensure that 100 % of our suppliers from risk countries comply with the Core Labour Standards according to the ILO*.

By 2030, we ensure that 90 % of our packaging material comes from recycled, renewable or more sustainable sources, compared to 84 % in 2021*.

Scope of pledges

Scope of Pledges: 

Ricola Group AG operates in various markets worldwide in over 40 countries, with clear operational and commercial boundaries. In Switzerland, the company is represented by Ricola AG. The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy of Ricola Group AG. The latter is therefore accountable for their implementation within its scope of activity. Where these commitments directly reinforce the Group's sustainability strategy, a special mention is added in the wording.
