Sign our Manifesto for the recognition of Sustainable Enterprises!

To create systemic change, we advocate for a new policy framework that recognizes and incentivizes sustainable companies in Switzerland. Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.

Goal 1
Core business
By 2025, we apply environmental and social sustainability criteria in line with the 2030 Agenda in all of our new projects*.
* By 2024, we publish our related sustainability integration methodology online.
Goal 2
Core business
By 2027, we generate 30 % of our turnover from projects that promote climate protection, compared with 11 % in 2022*.
* Climate protection promotion consists of projects on renewable energies, climate-resilient settlements and sustainable mobility.
Goal 3
Internal operations
By 2028, we achieve gender balance at middle management level compared with 35 % gender balance in 2022, and ensure that there is no gender pay gap*.
* Gender parity already achieved at junior level.
Goal 4
Internal operations
By 2025, we increase the number of apprentices from two in 2022 to five, and integrate diversity and inclusion criteria in our training process*.

Scope of pledges
Generis AG operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy applying to all Generis AG operations carried out in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its scope of activity.
